Richard Katesmark

Qualified in 1987 following the four year full time training course at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) during which time he undertook an additional 180 clinic hours at the attached Multidisciplinary Sports Clinic. His aim has always been the prevention and holistic treatment of back, neck and joint pain. Following working at a large general practice in Sussex combined with work as an osteopathic consultant at a Multidisciplinary Sports Clinic in Epsom he set up a private general osteopathic clinic in Ewell in 1990. This moved to its present location Cheyham Lodge in 1993. Postgraduate courses and special interests include Headaches and Migraines, Cranial Osteopathy, Visceral Osteopathy, Core Stabilization, Nutrition, Psychology, Orthopaedics, EEG Biofeedback/Neurofeedback and Integrated Medicine. He is a member of the London Osteopathic Society & Registrant of the General Osteopathic Coucil.

 

Robert Ganpatsingh

Joined Cheyham Lodge in 1999 shortly after graduating from the BSc degree course in Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy. He established himself quickly and after buying into the practice he is now running his own list at Cheyham Lodge. His approach not only uses manipulation but focuses on prevention by discussing relevant health topics from posture to basic nutritional advice. His interests lie in Headaches and Migraines, Cranial Osteopathy, Paediatric Osteopathy, Sports Injuries, Golf Swing Biomechanics for injury prevention and lowering handicap, Core Stability and Pilates based rehabilitation, breathing disorders (esp. hyperventilation and panic attacks), gastro-intestinal/abdominal problems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Nutrition. Future plans include enrolling on a Masters course in Paediatrics and partaking on various acupuncture courses. He is a member of the British Osteopathic Association, London Osteopathic Society & Registrant of the General Osteopathic Council.
